Do I need an account to order?
Yes - we will require you to sign up for an account to order from us. You will be prompted to sign up or sign in when you go to finalise your cart.
Can I sign up in person?
We don't have a storefront or physical location but feel free to contact us and we'll help you create an account.
Do I have to order and pay online?
We don't have a physical location to buy from but we can help you order manually - please contact us via the contact page or email orders@biolink.net.au
Can you send me an invoice?
Yes - you can select 'invoice' as a payment method and we'll send you an invoice after you complete the transaction. Your order will not be fulfilled until the invoice is paid.
